Anuj Jain, AI Solutions Engineer
AI solutions engineer working across Shopify, WhatsApp, email, n8n and AI agents. Integration architecture, revenue attribution and internal tooling. Based in Hyderabad, India.
I connect the tools a business already pays for, so they finally produce the outcome it bought them for.
I spent college trying to become an ML engineer, and did the things that are supposed to work: second of 88,221 teams at Smart India Hackathon, Amazon ML Summer School, Technical Lead at Google Developer Group, backend work on Fiverr the whole way through. The offers didn't come, and the last door, an Applied Scientist interview at Amazon, closed too.
So in 2026 I stopped chasing the title I wanted and started learning automation instead. Within a month I had an offer, and the work turned out to suit me better than the job I had been aiming at. Almost none of my best work since then was assigned. Something breaks that nobody owns, I am the one who is there, and it ends up a system nobody has to think about again.

Production systems
- WhatsApp & email commerce platform (8 Shopify stores): Customer segmentation and lifecycle journeys: abandoned-cart recovery, repeat purchase, post-purchase engagement and retention. Built on Shopify, Interakt and n8n, with AI agents handling the conversation.
- Revenue intelligence & attribution (14 clients): Ad spend, revenue and customer metrics unified into dashboards through reusable reporting pipelines, replacing manual reporting. For a subscription commerce brand with a recharge model that nobody knew how to measure, I defined the attribution framework from scratch and wrote the API specifications the engineering team built against.
- AI lead qualification & sales (6 hospitals and clinics): A lead arrives, an AI voice agent calls and qualifies it, WhatsApp and email follow-ups run automatically, a meeting gets scheduled, the CRM is updated and sales are alerted live. What used to be manual chasing now runs end to end.
- Outbound sales engine (Brilliant Brains in-house sales): Our own pipeline, built end to end. A Grok research bot finds and qualifies D2C and clinic leads across India, UAE and the UK, verifies business emails and stores them in HubSpot with the evidence behind each one. HubSpot holds the lifecycle and consent on 33 custom properties, and twelve n8n workflows run the retargeting: personalised email and WhatsApp sequences, reply and bounce handling, meeting detection, and a consent-checked broadcast engine that pauses itself when bounces climb.
- AuditMesh: Multi-Agent Compliance (Financial compliance capstone): Designing a multi-agent financial compliance workflow with human-in-the-loop approvals, secure Jira actions through a custom Model Context Protocol server, and token-cost and trace observability for enterprise operations.
- OmniGuard: Secure AI Integration (Enterprise security capstone): Building a secure enterprise AI connector with role-aware data access, hybrid RAG and guarded Text-to-SQL for Microsoft SQL Server, programmable NeMo and Presidio controls, and a Dockerized FastAPI deployment.
- UniCare Global Hospitals (45+ pages · Multi-specialty hospital): Built and launched a multi-specialty hospital website with dedicated specialty and doctor journeys, health packages, editorial content, and conversion paths across web booking, WhatsApp, email, and phone.
- CareGear (Healthcare apparel storefront): Built the storefront experience for a medical apparel brand, organizing scrub collections by fit and audience with product variants, quick shopping paths, promotional offers, and a streamlined Shopify checkout.
- Neo Fertility & IVF Clinic (Specialist clinic website): Built a clinic website around treatment discovery and appointment conversion, with dedicated fertility and gynecology service pages, doctor-led credibility, local SEO, and direct consultation paths.
- Google Ads balance forecaster (Every managed account): Client ad budgets kept running dry over the weekend and campaigns stopped with nobody watching. Every Friday this answers one question per client: does the balance last until Monday? Plus threshold alerts whenever a balance runs low.
- Internal task manager (Company-wide): We were paying around $300 a month for a tool that was heavier than a small team needed. I built ours instead, and it has stayed a continuous project. The newest piece is a credential manager that logs who revealed which password, and when.
